Margaret Escort Cards

Escort Cards for any seated wedding dinner! Escort cards are displayed at the entrance to a reception or dinner, and designate the table where each guest will be seated. This card “escorts” them to their table, where they will have a place card with their name. We have designed escort cards for each of our Collection Wedding Suites to create a cohesive paper experience for you and your guests.

SPECIFICATIONS
2 x 3.5 UNFOLDED card. If you would like a folded style for your escort cards, please order place cards, and note that you'd like to use them for escort cards.

Digitally printed on single ply white or ivory paper

TIMELINE

We prefer to receive your order for escort cards 4 - 5 weeks prior to your wedding date, and no later than 3 weeks prior to your wedding date.

- If you place your order less than 3 weeks prior to your wedding date, a rush fee of $100 will apply for the design of your escort cards, plus a $25 fee for rush printing. This will be invoiced separately.

PROCESS

Click PERSONALIZE MY ESCORT CARDS after selecting your quantity below, and you will be directed to upload an excel document with your guests' names and table number assignments. This should be split into TWO COLUMNS. One for the guest's name as you'd like it to appear on the card, and a second column for the table number where they will be seated.

- You are responsible for proofing this excel document and having it approved by anyone that would need to approve it BEFORE submitting your order. We do send a proof to you showing the layout of the design before going to print, but our best advice is to pretend the menu will be sent to print as soon as your order is placed. All copy submitted needs to be 100% correct.

The ink color and paper color choice will be customized to you and your wedding day, and will be chosen when you click the personalize button below.
