Greta Escort and Place Cards

Escort and Place Cards are a must for any seated dinner. Escort cards are displayed at the entrance to a reception or dinner, and designate the table where each guest will be seated.
This card “escorts” them to their table, where they will have a place card with their name. We have designed escort and place cards for each of our Collection Wedding Suites to create a cohesive paper experience for you and your guests.

STYLE
Select either FLAT or TENTED. Escort cards and Place cards can be either style, depending on how you plan to use them at your event.

SIZE
Select either 2" x 3.5" (business card size) or 3" Square for your card. Tented cards will be this measurement when folded.

PRINT AND PAPER
All cards are Digitally printed on your choice of single ply white or ivory paper

TIMELINE

Your order for Escort and/or Place Cards must be placed 4 - 5 weeks prior to your wedding date, and no later than 3 weeks prior to your wedding date.

- If you place your order less than 3 weeks prior to your wedding date, a rush fee of $100 will apply for the design of your cards, plus a $25 fee for rush printing. This will be invoiced separately. 

PROCESS

Click PERSONALIZE MY CARDS after selecting your style and quantity below, and you will be directed to upload an excel document.

ESCORT CARD EXCEL SHEET: This should be split into TWO COLUMNS. One for the guest's name as you'd like it to appear on the card, and a second column for the table number where they will be seated.

PLACE CARD EXCEL SHEET: Please arrange the first column with the guests' names as they should appear on the place card. If a meal choice should be noted on the card, a second column is needed with the guest's meal choice. Please organize your excel sheet by meal choice if this applies.

You are responsible for proofing this excel document and having it approved by anyone that would need to approve it BEFORE submitting your order. We do send a proof to you showing the layout of the design before going to print, but our best advice is to pretend the menu will be sent to print as soon as your order is placed. All copy submitted needs to be 100% correct.

The ink color and paper color choice will be customized to you and your wedding day, and will be chosen when you click the personalize button below.
