Eugenia Place Cards
Place Cards are a must for any seated dinner! Place cards are displayed at the seat of each guest, and are folded tent style so they stand on their own. This card lets guests know where they should sit at their assigned table. We have designed place cards for each of our Collection Wedding Suites to create a cohesive paper experience for you and your guests.

Digitally printed on single ply white or ivory paper
We prefer to receive your order for place cards 4 - 5 weeks prior to your wedding date, and no later than 3 weeks prior to your wedding date.
- If you place your order less than 3 weeks prior to your wedding date, a rush fee of $100 will apply for the design of your escort cards, plus a $25 fee for rush printing. This will be invoiced separately.
Click PERSONALIZE MY PLACE CARDS after selecting your quantity below, and you will be directed to upload an excel document with your guests' names, and if applicable, their meal choice. This should be split into TWO COLUMNS. One for the guest's name as you'd like it to appear on the card, and a second column for the meal choice of your guests (if applicable).
- You are responsible for proofing this excel document and having it approved by anyone that would need to approve it BEFORE submitting your order. We do send a proof to you showing the layout of the design before going to print, but our best advice is to pretend the menu will be sent to print as soon as your order is placed. All copy submitted needs to be 100% correct.
The ink color and paper color choice will be customized to you and your wedding day, and will be chosen when you click the personalize button below.
