Louisa Seated Dinner Menus
The information, ink color and paper choice will be customized to you and your wedding day. PLEASE NOTE: Every wedding menu is different, based on the food and courses you are serving, and how much information is included. Your menu will be tailored to you, and you can include however much detail you like in the given space of the design.

TIMELINE
We prefer to receive your order for wedding menus placed 4 - 5 weeks prior to your wedding date, and no later than 3 weeks prior to your wedding date.
- If you place your order less than 3 weeks prior to your wedding date, a rush fee of $75 will apply for the design of your menu, plus a $25 fee for rush printing. This will be invoiced separately.
PROCESS
Click PERSONALIZE MY MENU after selecting your quantity below, and you will be directed to upload a word document with verbiage for your wedding menu.
- You are responsible for proofing this word document and having it approved by anyone that would need to approve it BEFORE submitting your order. We do send a proof to you showing the layout of the design before going to print, but our best advice is to pretend the menu will be sent to print as soon as your order is placed. All copy submitted needs to be 100% correct.

HOW TO ORDER:
Choose the quantity needed above. Upon clicking 'Personalize', a form will appear for you to complete. This form will be delivered to us with your order so we can customize your wedding day paper for you. It is extremely important to check the accuracy of the information entered on this form. If we receive an incomplete order form, we will not begin the proofing process until we have received all necessary information from you.
After completing your form, click 'Add to Cart'. Once all items you wish to purchase are in your cart, follow the checkout procedure. You will receive a confirmation email that includes all details of your order, as well as a followup email that will detail what to expect next in the process.
Printing: Available in Digital printing
Paper Weight: 120 pound
Paper Finish: Digitally-printed pieces are printed on eggshell-finish ivory or white paper.
PROOFING: Once your order is received, we will send you a digital proof of your piece(s) within five (5) to seven (7) business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) to the email address provided in your order. Be sure to check your spam folder if you do not see your proof in your inbox. You must respond to your proof within two (2) business days, or we will no longer be able to guarantee your timeline.
PRINTING TIMES:
Digitally-printed pieces will ship within five (5) to ten (10) business days following the approval of your pieces.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are ordering a custom monogram, custom watercolor, or custom drawing, there will be an additional 4-6 weeks added to your proofing time.
Your pricing includes TWO free rounds of proofing of your entire order. Every additional change to your proof after two rounds will incur a $50 fee (plus tax for Alabama residents), billed separately.
If you are ordering your wedding day paper along with other pieces for your suite, we will send a proof with all pieces ordered at one time. The complete order will be sent to print at one time, and will be sent as a single shipment. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships.
