Monogram Process

The purchase of a custom monogram gives you three options from which to choose, and the selected monogram will be finalized based on your feedback.

You will select a monogram from the three provided options. Two FREE rounds of revisions to the monogram of your choosing are included in your purchase! Each additional round incurs a a $50 fee.

Once you are satisfied with your monogram, we provide you the digital files for your personal use so you may order your matchbooks, napkins, glassware, and more! If you are also ordering a wedding suite , save the date, or an Empress Home item, we will place your approved monogram into your design!

Turnaround Time

Up to FIVE full weeks are required for all custom monograms. We currently are not able to rush this process, but we promise, it’s worth the wait!

How to use your monogram

Our Custom Monograms are designed exclusively for our paper clients, for our save the dates, invitations, birth announcements, correspondence, and home items.

This one time fee covers the use of the monogram on all things that we design and print for you, including all paper suites, wedding day paper, thank you notes, Empress Home items, and more.

Your monogram belongs to you and may be used on any personal things.

Digital files may not be resold in any manner, or used on products you plan to resell. If you are a designer, please ask us about the possibility of a licensing fee.

Final monogram design files are provided as a black and white JPEG, black and white PDF, and black and white EPS. If you need a different file type for a vendor, let us know. We cannot provide DST or embroidery files at this time.
